Classic Cleaner Upper

From the time I was small child, I have been a “Cleaner Upper”
I loved keeping my room tidy, my little school desk organized and everything to my liking.
I grew up on a family grain farm, but due to my severe allergies and asthma symptoms I did not participate in the traditional farming tasks. I was more often found indoors during the busy seasons of planting and harvest. My job at these times was to keep house while my mom helped with the farm work, which I was pleased to do. I dusted and vacuumed, did the laundry and even tried my hand at meal making, but I was much better at dishes! I would secretly tidy the piles of paperwork in my dad’s office or the stacks of my mom’s books and notes. I would put away items left out by my brothers and deliver misplaced items to their proper room.
I think this tendency towards cleaning up served me well later as a single Mom. Organization kept me sane and able to work FT in Retail Management and keep 3 kids alive and happy. Every night I’d fall into bed after everything was tidy and prepared for the next day.
I eventually moved back into that same family home on the farm and began the physical clean-up work of several generations of accrual in the attic and the basement now that I was fully in charge of the house. I spent hours, days and years decluttering, removing old wallpaper, painting and decorating to my liking. I loved it!
However, there was a storm brewing on the inside….by the time I was in my 40’s, I was on the verge of exhaustion. My childhood trauma and tendency towards dissociation from emotions was physically catching up to me. Breakdown was on the horizon.
Luckily, my mom came across the book Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson and showed me how to use the Emotion Code clearing technique. I was so happy to have found a structured way that I could do my INTERNAL clean-up. I went after trapped emotions like a hunter. I wanted to find out why I still had such terrible allergy symptoms. Every time I would get triggered, and my symptoms flared up, I’d go “do the work” of clearing out old, trapped emotions.
I went on to learn Body Code and made even MORE progress in my internal clean up. I was so impressed with how much improvement in how I felt and what was coming up to clear that I decided to become certified to help my kids, my family and friends. They were my primary “clients” for several years.
During those years I also began to do what I’ve called Dream Work. I would have vivid and oddly specific dreams of spaces that needed to be “cleaned up”. In the dreams I would find new rooms in a house, or even entire homes I didn’t remember I owned filled with stuff. Sometimes the spaces were buried or hidden underground.
Upon waking I would call my mom to discuss the feelings in the dream and its impressions and we would use the Body Code to clear the Old/Ancestral and eventually Collective and Global energies the dreams were representing. Interestingly, the more “Clean Up Work” we did, the more that came up to be cleared…. deeper and darker places that required LIGHT for healing. I would often joke with my supervisor during this time that I often needed a nap to recover from my “Night Job”!
I knew that this Lightwork was important, and it was how I happily served as a “Cleaner Upper” for several years, but it did take a toll on my energy due to the highly experiential nature of the “dreams”. It became hard to shift into my Day Job in Retail Management and I eventually got the message from my higher self to “make room for something new”. I gave 7 months’ notice to tidy up the projects I had been working on and had a wonderful summer of traveling and attending metaphysical conferences and events.
In March of 2023 I learned that what I was doing at night was called Realm Work and that those of us doing it could now move on to something else. The bulk of the Clean Up work had been completed!
The intensity and frequency DID decrease, and I found myself with a whole lot of space/time but having difficulty moving forward in a new direction. In May of 2024 I completed the Belief Code certification, primarily to help myself beyond this void. It has been transformational! The Emotion Code and Body Code are amazing tools for Internal Cleaning and the Belief Code helps keep it that way by eliminating the negative programming that keeps your OLD STORIES showing up in your reality. My favorite Mantra is: Change your programming, change your experience!
Do I still do dream work? Yes! It is still the main way my higher-self communicates to me. I woke from one today in which I realized I have been quite comfortable doing clean-up work behind the scenes, unknown and unseen…. but that I am now called to Do Something Different. Hmmmmm. What can I do different?
Putting up a website is different for me. Talking about my experiences publicly is different for me. WRITING a blog is absolutely different for me! Who knows what different things I will try next?
What I DO know is that I truly enjoy guiding others through their Internal Work using Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code. These tools can be used to address practically anything, Childhood Trauma, Emotional Blockages, Heart Walls, Ancestral Patterning, Relationship Conflicts, Physical Symptoms, Negative Belief Systems and so much more!
One session alone can be extremely insightful, but I’ve found that the more you pursue your Inner Work, the more you begin to Know Yourself, Love Yourself and of course the best part…Heal yourself!

I had the great fortune of meeting Diane early in 2023, and have had several Body Code and Belief Code sessions with her. The ease and speed with which she, using these tools, is able to cut to the core of issues has been truly amazing. And even more amazing is how, once seen and acknowledged, they can be so easily and quickly released when the client is ready and willing to do so. Diane is so comfortable and easy to work with. I say give it a try!
Thank you, Diane!
I appreciate this cleaner upper. That's because I'm the mom that's been helped by her and that helps her also.
